Harper is a 5 year old black Pitbull/Lab cross, looking more Pitty than lab. He was a surrender due to bite history and actually was brought in to be euthanized but the doctors here said to give him a chance. Harper was never properly socialized, trained, nor secured. He is reactionary and will agress back at dogs, therefore is labeled Dog agressive. He has no contact with cats. He is great with our staff whom he is used to. He can act pretty protective of our female staff. He loves treats, playing in the yard and tearing the squeaky out of his toys!! He is a good boy who needs someone who understands Pit breeds and can take the time and ... (Read More)give the attention to make him an all round super dog. No kids here so don't know how is is with them. He doesn't like to be grabbed by strangers (bite history) but will wrestle with us! He is learning basic obedience. If anybody out there can give him a permanent home please contact us ASAP. Please pass the word! (Less)
